Due to popular demand I wanted to add some recipes that I make for my family. These are clean, healthy recipes. Not necessarily prep meals per say but still healthy for you and your family.
2, 28oz cans crushed tomatoes
2, 15.5 oz cans kidney beans
1, 15 oz can black beans
1 pound 97:3 ground beef
1 pack of McCormick Mild Chili seasoning mix
Notice only 30 calories in this seasoning pack and only 1g of sugar.
Put in the slow cooker and cook on low 6 hours.
Sauté onions in with the meat and you can also add a few stalks of chopped up celery to the meat while cooking.
