The Meal Prep world can be scary if you’ve never done it before. I wanted to break it down for you so you are set up for success. In order to be successful in anything you must pan ahead. This is what Meal Prep is all about. Planning ahead, so you can be successful.
I found a similar recipe on line and tweaked it to be more conducive to what my family will eat. Now my family loved it so much I made a second batch almost as soon as I finished the first. I find that in the winter months vegetables taste so gross. They’re out of season and lack the quality taste we all grow to love in the summer months. And let’s face it. Frozen vegetables get old. I wanted something different and playing around with different ways to prepare vegetables, this recipe is my favourite.
I wanted a recipe where I am excited to eat my vegetables and this is doing it for me. Better yet, I can prepare this once a week and it prepares enough for both my husband and I.
