Ever look back though your photos on your phone or computer and see the progression you’ve made?  I mean we see our reflections every day.  Do we really see the difference a week, month or even a year can make?
We celebrated the 4th of July this past week and it was a good excuse to look at photos of me from last 4th of July to this 4th of July.


This was me 4th of July 2017.  Nothing I wasn’t proud of.  Happy out at the pool with some friends.  This 4th of July we also spent with friends but didn’t take pictures by the pool, but I did take some progress photos.  So I thought I’d share the comparisons.


Photo on the left was July 4, 2017 & the photo on the right is July 4, 2018.  Definitely made some progress.  Shoulders are rounder, waist is smaller, legs thicker.  I am very happy with the progress I’ve made in one year.

My husband made this video compilation of some random work outs we have done this past year in the gym.  It’s fun to watch and see the progress made.
