What motivates you when things get hard?
What keeps you from going crazy and binge eating everything you know you can’t have?
What keeps you going to the gym over and over again because you know that’s the ONLY way you’re improve?
What keeps you eating the same food every single day like a dog. So that you can be exactly who you’re striving to be?
What makes you and different then anyone else out there suffering and being put through misery just to achieve one goal?
You know what that difference is? It’s YOU. You got this! You can do this. You are capable. You are amazing. You are loved. YOU CAN DO HARD THINGS. 💪🏼💪🏼
It’s not just being strict with meals and training or cardio. It’s loving YOURSELF and allowing the necessary misery allow you to push to that next level.
Do we do it with grace? Hell, I don’t always. Ask my family 🤷🏻♀️🤣. But I don’t give up!
