Never in my life did I ever think that turning 40 would be something to celebrate. In fact, I believe that the first memories of my parents and their age was in their late 30s and I thought they were “Old”.
Constantly Pressing Forward To The Mark
Its interesting how huge the bodybuilding industry is yet how small it is. It seems everyone knows everyone and knows whos training with whom and whos coach is whos. It’s not a bad thing but they’re all watching and waiting for the next big thing. Whether that’s a show, growth over an off season. How big he comes after bulking, whether its a clean bulk or not. It’s so funny how we have people watching whether we want it or not.

We all know we’re suppose to love our bodies, flaws and all. We grow up. Get stretch marks, have children, loose weight, gain weight, have many different stages of life.
We have to learn to love ourselves at every stage. Some stages are harder to love ourselves in than others. Especially with social media and television showing us how they feel we need to look. It’s a complete mind game.
